Learning, Leadership, and Time Together

The AISH Summer Seminar is a dedicated gathering for Heads and Deputy Heads of international schools—a time to learn, connect, and step away from the day-to-day demands of school leadership.

Hosted by AISH on the Pickering College campus, the Summer Seminar combines thoughtful professional learning with space to unwind, reflect, and enjoy the company of colleagues who understand the realities of international school leadership.

Summer Seminar is as much about relationships and renewal as it is about ideas and practice.  This shared experience creates an open, trusting environment where conversations are honest, supportive, and relevant.

The Summer Seminar Experience

The AISH Summer Seminar is intentionally designed to balance professional dialogue with time to recharge. Across the programme, participants can expect:

  • Engaging workshop sessions led by experienced consultants who understand the context of international schools 

  • Opportunities for shared reflection with peers

  • Unstructured time to connect, relax, and enjoy being together

  • Social activities and informal gatherings that strengthen professional friendships

The pace of the seminar allows space for both meaningful conversation and enjoyment.
