'LEADING IN A
CULTURE OF ACCOUNTABILITY'
As an

What is it? Who is accountable to whom and for what? And
how can you best build a culture in which accountability is a
positive motivator?
Participants in the seminar will examine and discuss
accountability from a variety of perspectives.

confusion and panic rather than improved student
achievement. This session will explore how to transform
accountability from destructive and demoralizing accounting
drills into a constructive decision-making process that
improves teaching, learning, and leadership.

Michael
Thompson is a psychologist, school consultant on boys,
